A woman of adultery and murder, sentenced to death by stoning said on Saturday that they follow the two German journalists that her son, publicly supported Iran Press TV interviewed reported.
The men, identified only as a reporter and photographer, were arrested in October after a conversation with his son and attorney Sakineh Ashtiani Mohammadi, who was the adultery in 2006, sentenced to death by stoning.
Her case has drawn sharp criticism from the international community. No date set for their execution.
Ashtiani told reporters in the northwestern city of Tabriz, that they intend to sue the German citizens, reported Press TV. The men work for the newspaper Bild am Sonntag, responsible for espionage and accused of working illegally as journalists in Iran.
Germany-based anti-stoning activist Mina Ahadi said the government and prison officials were also at the press conference.
"The regime has a history of printing innocent people to confess on television. This is just another example of their propaganda, " she said.
Speaking outside the prison, accused their lawyers Ashtiani denied politicizing their case and that she was forced to give interviews, told Press TV.
Ashtiani son, Sajjad Qaderzadeh was out of prison three weeks ago released on humanitarian grounds, according to Press TV.
He had served more than one month in prison for granting the interview, reported Press TV.
Qaderzadeh appeared with his mother on Saturday and said he was also a German citizen and his lawyers, who asked him to want to sue the interview, told Press TV.
The son added that his legal action against Issa Taheri, who Qaderzadeh Press TV said killed father in collaboration with Ashtiani should take.
