Investigators works is done, they think have identified two men shown in a video who are suspected of sexually assaulting severely disabled women, a Los Angeles Country Sheriff's detective said Friday.
Los Angeles Police Department investigators made the identifications, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Dan Scott said. They believe they are the same suspects in a separate crime involving sexual assault, he said.

It wasn't immediately clear whether the suspects were in custody.

The video came from 11 DVDs that an anonymous tipster dropped off in March at the Sheriff's Department in Monterey Park, California, Scott said.
The video was shot by a security camera and a handheld camera, Scott said.
One segment shows a female victim wearing a diaper while in a wheelchair, Scott said.
The video includes several locations, including at least one that appears to be a residential care facility, authorities said. Authorities don't know when or where the sexual assaults occurred.
Sgt. Diane Hecht said detectives are "starting from scratch" in their inquiry.
