Apple rumors for today hd IPAD
Here's the latest: The company reportedly working on a new iPad, due out later this year, which will have a high resolution screen.
Dubbed the "HD iPad" by a blog called This Is Next, run by a former editor of the respected technology site Engadget, the new iPad is said to be "pro" device that can be used for high-end video editing and photography.
"Think MacBook and MacBook Pro," wrote Joshua Topolsky, referring to Apple's laptop line.
HD iPad, which will have a screen with twice the resolution of current models, will be introduced in September with new software that will serve to do the high-end applications, the blog said, citing unnamed sources.
Ars Technica, other tech sites, said the rumor makes sense considering the fact that Apple has released high-resolution version of the tablet content.
"Apple began including pixel-art two-fold increase in the iBooks for iPad version some time ago it just added yet more 2048 x 1536 pixels in the artwork IOS 5 beta for new features such as Twitter and Newsstand .. So it seems pretty safe bet that the front of the iPad will definitely use this resolution, "writes the site.
But Ars Technica doubt Apple will launch, both high-end line of tablet computers.
High-resolution screen can increase the price of Apple's popular tablet computer, which is selling in the market, says Time Techland blog. Full disclosure: Time shares of the parent company of CNN.
"The screen itself will become so expensive that it would be impossible to hit a starting point set at $ 500 for the consumer version of the iPad," said Techland.
This is all conjecture, of course - which is part of Apple's culture today. Conventional wisdom says Apple will hold a sort of product announcement in September, when a new iPhone and iPad may be inaugurated.
The second generation of the Apple iPad went on sale in March. Companies face a number of tablets to compete - at least run the Google Android operating system - but no sale as well as the iPad
