Rest in Peace Carmelo Anthony Sister - NBA star Carmelo Anthony has gone home to spend time with his family after learning that his sister died.
"Anthony's sister, Michelle, died Wednesday night in Baltimore of a pre-existing medical condition, leaving behind four children. Anthony left the Nuggets to spend time with his family and is expected to return after Christmas," CBS News reports.
This is an absolute tragedy for Carmelo Anthony and his family. Their have been so many rumors about Anthony being traded and the death of sister sort of helps put everything in perspective. It's a very sad story to have to report just days before Christmas.Anthony has taken a leave of absence but is expected to return to his team after Christmas according to CBS News. It's hard to imagine what this family is going through and there really are no words for this kind of loss.
